SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Blue Mountains Personal Training Studios offers small group training. This is a very popular option as we train a group of up to four people in a forty-five minute session.
A very cost-effective way to see a trainer more often and still get an individualised program in a smaller private gym space where you’re not just a number. Your trainer will teach you the program and ensures each client in the small group is exercising in both a safe and effective manner.
We train a great bunch of locals who also enjoy catching up with each other in their sessions. You can train with a friend or family member or if you’re new to the area it’s a great way to meet new people.
Our small group training clients get great results and just like our 1-on-1 clients we change your programs every six weeks so that you avoid boredom, avoid plateaus in your results and learn new exercises too.
