When did you first hear about Blue Mountains Personal Training Studios (BMPTS) and what was your initial experience like when you did your first workout?
Heard about it through my partner Liz and earlier this year I decided to join to do something about my weight and fitness in preparation for running a half marathon every month in 2018.
How many days per week do train at BMPTS and what is your normal session times?
Two sessions – PT session early Tuesday and Group session early Thursday.
What is your favourite thing about Blue Mountains Personal Training Studios?
Definitely the personal interaction between the trainers and me.
If you could describe BMPTS in only 3 words, what would they be?
Personal, goal orientated.
What is your favourite post-workout meal?
Peanut butter on toast with a banana!
What do you do for a living?
Customer service manager for a concrete company.
What accomplishments are you most proud of (outside or inside of the studio)?
The increase in my general strength inside the studio and outside it is definitely my ability to “easily” run a half marathon race at some of the best times I have ever done.
What is your least favourite exercise in the studio?
Either squats or a quick session on the rower!
It might sound funny but training at BMPTS has made my life easier, here is why…
When you are healthier you sleep better, eat better and generally are happier!
What is one goal you would like to accomplish in the next year?
Go under 20 minutes for 5km race.
If you could have any super power what would it be?
Being able to choose to have more than one super power! 🙂
Any tips for a new client?
Trust the process, put in the effort, the reward will come.
