1-ON-1 PERSONAL TRAINING
If you’re new to exercise, never trained in a gym before or prefer to exercise in private, Blue Mountains Personal Training Studios would be a perfect fit for you.
With our 1-on-1 personal training, you’ll be training with a fully qualified trainer in our two private training rooms in the Springwood studio.
For those who’ve trained previously and either not reached their goals or not maintained their results, we’ll help you with your habits, so you’re results are long term.
One of our trainers will meet with you at the studio for a free initial consultation before starting training. We’ll discuss your past exercise history or injuries, current condition and design a plan to help you reach your goals.
From there, we’ll find times to suit your schedule and then design your customised program. Learning the most effective exercises to reach your goals is easy when you have your trainer’s undivided attention.
Our training sessions are in thirty-minute increments, so if you’re time-poor, live locally or working from home they’re a great option.
